Passaporto: necessario, con validità di almeno sei mesi successivi alla data di ingresso in Georgia.
E’ altresì possibile entrare nel Paese con una carta d’identità elettronica purché si transiti da Paesi Schengen. E’ comunque consigliabile disporre in ogni caso del passaporto, con validità di almeno sei mesi dalla data di ingresso in Georgia.
Per le eventuali modifiche relative alla validità residua richiesta del passaporto si consiglia di informarsi preventivamente presso l’Ambasciata o il Consolato del Paese presente in Italia o presso il proprio Agente di viaggio.
Visto di ingresso: non è obbligatorio. È consentito un soggiorno, a qualsiasi titolo, di durata non superiore a 360 giorni per cittadini dell’Unione europea in possesso del passaporto in corso di validità. Viaggi all’estero dei minori: Dal 26 giugno 2012 tutti i minori italiani che viaggiano dovranno essere muniti di documento di viaggio individuale. Pertanto, a partire dalla predetta data i minori, anche se iscritti sui passaporti dei genitori in data antecedente al 25 novembre 2009, dovranno essere in possesso di passaporto individuale oppure, qualora gli Stati attraversati ne riconoscano la validità, di carta d’identità valida per l’espatrio.
